Welcome to IGO Store! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of IGO Store ("the App"), as well as any content, features, or services offered by the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Access and Use of the App

3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the prior written consent of IGO Store.

Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4.2. IGO Store DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

5.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGO Store SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

5.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL IGO Store'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE APP.

Modification of Terms

6.1. IGO Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice to you.

6.2. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Miscellaneous

7.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IGO Store with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and IGO Store.

7.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

7.3. IGO Store's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by IGO Store in writing.
